We have a new slate of Summit Groups starting. Below are the groups currently being offered. Each of these groups will last four weeks. Take a look and join one!
“The Upside Down Kingdom” by Donald Kraybill. Participants DO NOT need to purchase or read the book; Pastor Weezie will present the book in group, and we will discuss it. We will meet on Wednesday evenings via Zoom from 6:00 to 6:45, with time for prayer afterwards. The group meets Jan. 27 through Feb. 17.
The Good Life- A Study in the Beatitudes facilitated by Pastor Dan. Everyone wants to be happy. We spend our money, time, and energy chasing our version of the good life. And on the way, we run ourselves into physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion. But what if the happiness we’re all striving for isn’t the happiness we were created for? In this study, we will look at how the Bible defines what is happiness through the lens of the Beatitudes. The group meets Feb. 7 through Feb. 28.
The Book of Romans facilitated by Pastor Eric. Often considered to be the clearest presentation of Christian Theology and Doctrine, this study gives both an overview and an in depth study of the Book of Romans. The group will meet for four weeks in person and over Zoom on Sundays beginning Feb. 7 and going through Feb. 28.
The Bible and Money. This Young Adult Summit Group will explore what the Bible says about money and how to budget financially. A mixture between Bible Study and putting what is learned into practice, this in-person study will on Thursdays at 6:30pm beginning February 4.
